I used to love this game, but it's become unplayable becuase of lag. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, but I'm positive it's the game causing problems. It's not my phone, I play other games that are way more intense with graphics and timing, including similar cooking games, and they are fine. This used to run smoothly but it's become awful
I've been playing this game for a long time and it seems like overtime its gotten worse and worse with lag, not loading and randomly closing. I'm super far and have perfect gold chef hats so far and I would hate to lose my progess because it won't load at all anymore. It opens for 2 secs shows the "Big Fish" screen and closes immediately. Please fix this!!!
Please fix the sound issues in the game. Whenever an ad pops up, the music and sound effects turn off. I have to continuously go into the settings and turn them back on. I contacted customer service, and the agent was completely useless. Instead of reading my messages, she sent the same message over and over. Also, why are you now charging 35 spoons for the 10 second boost after a timed level?? So both the 10 second boost and the 30 second boost are 35 spoons now? Rip off.
I really think this game is fun but it has been almost impossible to make any progress unless you buy spoons. I have a fully upgraded restaurant and yet I can't pass at least 5 levels to move forward. When you use spoons to try to get ahead, I find I have to keep trying over and over spending way too many. Once I use the spoons I have I will be deleting the game. They clearly designed this game to get you to spend money but it is truly greed & not business.
I do like the game and have been playing for a long time but the combo levels are a complete cheat and ripoff. You can have every upgrade and use every bonus and be very good at the game but still lose a combo level. I really believe these levels are a scam to get you to keep paying for additional customers.
